Dödsalliansen – a heavy metal duo founded in Lillehammer in 2014 by bassist and vocalist Dödsstjerne Satansen. Dödsalliansen’s musical approach is primarily linked to 1980s heavy metal, heavily inspired by bands like Iron Maiden, Saxon, Black Sabbath, Motörhead, and Satan. The music is characterized as melodic with driving, chord-based riffs. Synths and samples are also occasionally used. One of the duo’s distinctive features is the modest amount of distortion on the guitars, giving the band a somewhat surf music-like expression, setting them apart from others in the genre. Other key influences is gaming music from the 90s. Frank Klepacki and Koji kondo is considered have been a major influence to the music.

Dödsfest: Dödsfest was established by the band in 2018. This festival is held annually in Lillehammer and markets itself as the most compact metal festival in Norway, primarily showcasing up-and-coming underground bands from Norway and Sweden.
